CryptoGames Enhances Security with Cloudflare Turnstile: Troubleshooting Guide
At CryptoGames, we constantly strive to improve our platform’s security while ensuring a seamless user experience. As part of this commitment, we recently switched from Google reCAPTCHA to Cloudflare’s Turnstile. This change enhances security and reduces friction for users, as Turnstile automatically verifies most users without requiring manual input. However, some players have reported issues when completing the verification. If you’re experiencing problems, follow these steps to resolve them quickly.
1. Clear Your Browser Cache
Your browser stores temporary data that can sometimes cause conflicts with new security features. Clearing your cache can help:
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.Select Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.Choose Cached images and files, then click Clear data.Click the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner.Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.Select Cached Web Content, then click Clear.Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services.Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.Check Cached images and files, then click Clear now.
2. Upgrade Your Browser
Outdated browsers may not fully support Cloudflare Turnstile. Ensure you are using the latest version:

3. Disable Your VPN

Certain browser extensions, especially ad blockers, can block Turnstile from functioning properly. Temporarily disable them:
