Changes to USDC and BNB Deposits and Withdrawals on Busha

Hello Tribe, today, we have some important updates regarding changes to USDC and BNB deposits and withdrawals on our platform.

USDC Support on TRC20 Blockchain

As of the 31st of March, 2024, we will halt support for deposits and withdrawals of USDC on the TRC20 blockchain. This decision aligns with Circle’s recent announcement of discontinuing USDC support on the TRON blockchain. Circle, the company behind USDC, has stated that they will no longer mint USDC on TRON, effective immediately. Furthermore, they will support Circle Mint customers’ transfers of USDC to other blockchains through February 2025. This decision impacts Circle Mint customers, retail USDC holders, and non-Circle customers who utilize the TRON blockchain.

Your USDC balance on our platform remains safe, and you can continue to deposit and withdraw USDC using the ERC20 blockchain. However, any deposits made using the USDC-TRC20 chain will not be credited to your wallet on Busha after the 31st of March, 2024. We urge you to take the necessary actions to avoid inconvenience or loss.

BNB Support on BEP2 (Beacon Chain)

In addition to USDC, we’re also retiring support for deposits and withdrawals of BNB on BEP2 (Beacon Chain). This means that after the 31st of March, 2024, any deposits made using the BNB-BEP2 chain will not be credited to your wallet on Busha.
