The first Atia’s Legacy playtest is LIVE! Over the past seven years, we’ve seen glimpses of Lunacia through Origins, Classic, Homeland, and Project T. It was like seeing the shimmering of a dream world. Today, that dream world became more real than ever.
Lunacians, this will be the first time we see and walk through the wild forests of our digital nation. It’s a major milestone in our journey together, and kicks off a new chapter for Axie Infinity. Welcome to the first Atia’s Legacy playtest!
Over the next week, ~1,000 Lunacians will have the chance to playtest an early build of Atia’s Legacy. These playtesters earned access through their devotion to our digital nation as collectible holders, competitive players, passionate creators, thoughtful contributors, and committed community members. If you’re a playtester, here are a few things you’ll be able to do:
Stack Gold by defeating lower-level enemies in the forests of Lunacia. Use this Gold to buy weapons, armour, and other gear from the Shop. This will make your squad even more powerful!
Want to craft the perfect squad? There are twenty-four unique axie parts available during this playtest, each with a corresponding passive skill. You can also change an axie’s part by re-rolling it.
We encourage playtesters to experiment with as many weapons and skills as possible. The more you play, the higher you can climb on the Leaderboard! However, the Leaderboard is for bragging rights only: There are no rewards for playtest progression.
Remember: Atia’s Legacy is in early development. The purpose of this playtest is to gather feedback on features and hear what real players think about the game. Does it feel good? How do the visuals hit? What can we improve in the combat mechanics? Playtesters, we want to hear what YOU have to say. Share your feedback in the Axie Discord’s #playtest-chat anytime.
