On July 5th, Busha attended the Decentralized Nigeria Conference, held at the Civic Centre in Lagos. As a sponsor at the event, we connected with crypto enthusiasts, Web3 professionals, founders, and even a few curious first-timers, all eager to learn more about the future of blockchain in Africa.

For us at Busha, being part of this event wasn’t just about branding; it was about being present in a space that truly matters. We’re here to facilitate genuine conversations about Web3, crypto adoption, and innovation on the continent.

Throughout the day, we had the opportunity to speak directly with attendees, answer questions about how Busha works, and introduce them to the ease of buying, selling, and earning with crypto on our platform.

To make the day even more exciting, we set up a Scan-to-Win activity. Attendees who downloaded the Busha app using a special code had the chance to win prizes, including airtime, USDT, and Busha merchandise.

Taking the stage

During our brief presentation slot, we discussed what Busha stands for and how we’re making cryptocurrency more accessible in Nigeria and beyond. It was a moment to reintroduce ourselves and remind the crowd that crypto doesn’t have to be complicated, not when you’re using the right tools.

Our presence at the conference was also featured by several media platforms, including Pulse Nigeria, Naija Pulse, Crystal, Lagos Post, and MetroNews. We even had a live interview with Lenzonemedia, giving us a chance to share Busha’s story with even more people.

Looking Ahead

We’re keeping the momentum going. You’ll soon see a full recap video on our LinkedIn and other social platforms, so if you weren’t there, you can still catch the vibe.

And for those who joined Busha at the event, we’re working behind the scenes to stay in touch and keep the conversation going.

Here are some moments we captured from the event:

Final thoughts

The Decentralised Nigeria Conference may be over, but its impact endures. We connected, we shared, and most importantly, we listened. At Busha, we’ll continue to show up for events like this, not just to grow our brand, but to help shape the future of crypto in Africa alongside you.
