Over the past few weeks, we’ve made changes to improve our Discord onboarding and user experience. Expect a more intuitive and less-cluttered layout as we simplify our channels for easier navigation.
We’ll be starting our monthly Discord Events to keep everyone engaged, entertained, and rewarded. Look forward to these updates and stay active.

We’ve also made some enhancements to your Discord experience. Our server is now even more welcoming and user-friendly. Here’s what we’ve done:
Improved Onboarding Flow – If you’re new in Axie Discord, you’ll find the onboarding process streamlined and user-friendly. For our existing users, we’ve introduced the #claim-roles channel, where you can easily hide or unhide specific channels to customize your experience and link your Ronin Wallet to unlock the token-gated channels. Enjoy a more organized and clearer view of the server!
Introducing a “New Beginnings” section for our new users – This space will make it easier for you to ask questions and get the support you need as you start your journey. You’ll find our updated Getting Started Guide, connect with guilds channel, scholarship channel — everything you need in one place. This makes your onboarding experience smooth and enjoyable!
Simplified Channels and Permissions – We’ve token-gated Townhall section behind the Lunacian role and removed unused channels. The new permissions give members more freedom to connect with other Lunacians using memes, GIFs, and stickers.
Unified Feedback Channel – You can now easily submit your feedback on all our products, including Discord, app.axie, and all Axie games. This feedback goes straight to the team, improving the feedback process. To share your feedback, simply follow these steps in the #feedback channel:

Note: For existing members, if you can’t see some channels on Discord due to an issue from the app, click on the Axie Discord server settings and select “Show all channels” to resolve the issue.
In the coming weeks, we’ll be kicking off new monthly Discord events. We design these events to keep the community engaged, entertained, and, of course, rewarded!
