What if you could spend an evening hanging out with fellow crypto lovers, asking the Busha team anything on your mind, and hunting down the last slice of pizza, all in one room? That’s precisely what Coinversations was about.

Held on May 22, 2025, in Lagos, the event brought together our community members, loyal customers, and other crypto communities that came on board as partners, including Tech and Techies and Bchain Africa, all to celebrate Bitcoin Pizza Day.

But this wasn’t just about free food and fun (although there was plenty of that too). It was an opportunity to connect, share, ask questions, and receive answers.

Why did we host coinversations?

Bitcoin Pizza Day is more than just a quirky holiday; it serves as a poignant reminder of how far the cryptocurrency industry has come. At Busha, we wanted to mark the day with something more profound than a tweet or promo.

So we invited you, our users and friends, to sit with us in person and have real conversations about what’s working, what’s not, and what’s coming next.

We called it Coinversations because that’s what it was: open, honest talk about crypto, Busha, and your experience using our platform.

What went down at the event

The event kicked off with a simple icebreaker, so everyone could get to know each other and a brief history of how Bitcoin Pizza Day came about. Then we moved straight into the main part of the evening: Q&A with the Busha team.

You asked. We answered. And it wasn’t some boring panel talk.

We’re serious. We actually made people hunt for it.

It was a fun way to commemorate Bitcoin Pizza Day and remind ourselves why community matters so much in the crypto space. You learn faster when you laugh a little along the way.
