Winner Details: Winning accessories have a chance to be included as a real, onchain accessory available via the Codex! Note that our teams may have to make some adjustments and re-drawings to the final art. Our judges are looking for originality, visual appeal, and consistency with the Axie universe.
The Axie community has always been one of the most creative forces in Web3 gaming. That’s why we’re calling on YOU to design an accessory for our digital nation! Imagine naming and creating the art for a new equippable item. That’s what The Codex Accessory Design Contest is all about. Here’s what’s happening:
This is an opportunity to create and name the artifact that axies around the world can wear. Our teams will take the winning designs and transform them into real, onchain Accessory NFTs available as rewards in the Codex. The Top 3 winners will also take home the following AXS prizes:
1st Place: 200 AXS
2nd Place: 150 AXS
3rd Place: 100 AXS

Any medium is accepted (hand-drawn, digital illustration, 3D render, GIF)
Minimum size for digital works: 400 × 400 px
Specify accessory slot when submitting (Neck, Cheek, Hip, Air, or Ground)
Names: maximum 10 characters
No offensive, NSFW, political, or religious content.
Must be original; no text, logos, or references to other IP or brands
Image of the accessory alone
Accessory title and a short lore or description
(Optional) mock-up showing the accessory equipped on an Axie
Our judges will evaluate entries based on originality, visual appeal, and fit within the Axie Universe.
Winners grant permission for the design to be adapted into a Codex accessory.
The Axie team may revise names or artwork as needed to meet production standards.
