Axie Delegation is now available in Origins! That means Scholars can now earn rewards in battle. Delegate your axies in App.axie.
There are a few new ways to earn rewards during the Preseason. First, enter the Haunted House and redeem tickets in the Haunted House Shop. Second, enter one of the three Preseason Era Cups! More details below.
Players can now test Upgraded Runes in the arena! Make your Runes more powerful by combining two or more duplicate Runes. This is an opportunity to test this feature before it goes live during the main season.
Era-Based Testing is LIVE! Unlock new Runes and Charms test kits in the Origins Shop every week. These Runes and Charms will be free to test until the main season begins. Look for Runes and Charms marked S10.5.
The Origins S11 Preseason has begun! This is more than a 3-week period of calm before the S11 Rare Era kicks off: it’s an opportunity to test Axie Delegation, try the new Haunted House game mode, and watch Temujin and Shu Fen make their arena debut. Here’s what’s new!
A couple of weeks ago, an early version of Axie Delegation went LIVE. However, it was only available in Homeland — until today. Delegated axies are now LIVE in the Origins arena, which means Scholars can now earn rewards in battle! Delegation Phase 1 is now complete. Delegate your axies in App.axie now:
Last night, the Origins team noticed a strange light coming from the arena. It was kind of blue, like the reflection of a full moon. They took a closer look, and they were shocked at what they found — there was a Haunted House in Origins!
The Haunted House will remain LIVE until the team figures out how to tear it down safely before Christmas! Until then, here’s how it’s going to work:
Players who are brave enough to battle it out in the Haunted House will earn extra special Haunted House Tickets. However, a player’s first ten Haunted House battles of the day will yield extra rewards. Redeem these tickets for rewards in the Haunted House Shop.
Win: 3 EXP, 100 AXP, 60 Halloween Tickets
Tie: 2 EXP, 50 AXP, 30 Halloween Tickets
Loss: 1 EXP, 1 AXP, 0 Halloween Tickets
Win: 3 EXP, 300 AXP, 60 Halloween Tickets
Tie: 2 EXP, 150 AXP, 30 Halloween Tickets
Loss: 1 EXP, 1 AXP, 0 Halloween Tickets
At the beginning of a Haunted House battle, all axies in a team will be transformed into a random team. That means the position, HP and appearance of the axies will change — including Starter and Morphed axies! Runes and Charms will also be replaced, and matchmaking will be similar to casual mode. Finally, a 60 second timer will give players the chance to understand their new haunted team before battle.
We’d like to sincerely and spookily apologize for the appearance of this Haunted House in the arena. In the meantime, we’ll be using the next few weeks to support community members who want their own theorycrafted teams in this new game mode for the Season 11 launch. During the S11 Preseason, players can now unlock new Runes and Charms test kits in the Origins Shop every week! The Runes and Charms will be marked as S10.5, and will become available according to the schedule below. The upgraded Rune test kit will be available a few days after the base version so that players can first test the base versions. These Runes and Charms will be free to test during the offseason.

Players can now test Upgraded Runes in the arena! Make Runes more powerful by combining two or more duplicate Runes to upgrade up to 3 times — or twice for Mystic Runes. Note that upgraded Runes are sealed, which means you cannot mint or trade them.
1st Upgrade unlocks Lv.2 version
2nd Upgrade unlocks Lv.3 version
3rd Upgrade unlocks Lv.4 version (higher rarity)
We understand that this is a big feature that can potentially introduce new bugs or unintended interactions that might be too powerful. Our teams will use this Preseason to test Rune Upgrading and make adjustments before the main season. The Era-Based Testing is part of this.

The Preseason will feature three special tournaments to further test all the new upgraded Runes — one tournament for each era, 2.4K AXS on the line. The Top 100 Players from S10 can register early, while other players will be able to register later. This will give our teams an opportunity to test the upgraded Runes before S11 begins. Here’s how it’ll work:
